Application
The frequency output is used to convert analogue measured values into a digital signal for subsequent evaluation with counters, PLC, PC, etc., e.g. for Ah, kWh.
Function
The analogue variable generated by the transformer proportional to the input is sent to a voltage-frequency transformer, where it is converted into a pulse train (digital variable). The frequency is determined by a downstream divisor. It is available as a 5 V signal or an OPEN collector output.

Technical data
Frequency range, min. 0 - 5 Hz to max. 0 - 10 kHz Rectangular signal, symmetrical, pulse duty factor 50/50% As OPEN collector output, npn max. 30 V, loadable up to 100 mA or as 5 V signal, loadable up to 10 mA. Accuracy +/- 0.5%

Format
A frequency output can be supplied for all transducers except the DIW type. The analogue outputs for 20 mA and 10 V are no longer provided. The housing dimensions of each transducer remain unchanged. The pulse train (frequency) is available at connections 13, 14.
